Charting a New Course in Risk Management

With a background in risk management and deep experience in the insurance and construction industries, I’ve always been driven to challenge the norm.

I spent eight years at a large contractor—four in operations and four in risk management— before transitioning to an insurer where I co-founded groundbreaking risk programs for Fortune 500 companies and ENR top 400 contractors. This work reshaped my perspective and reinforced my belief that we need to manage risk differently in the future than we have in the past.

After many years in corporate, I’ve decided that the best way to truly influence change is to work transversally across the entire risk value chain, from startup to insurer to end client. In this way, I can more broadly impact the risk environment, and enable innovation and human progress.

Today, my focus is on reshaping the future of risk management by offering solutions that are proactive, forward-thinking, and designed to meet the unique needs of each client I work with. My mission is to enable forward human progress and societal innovation by changing how businesses manage rapidly emerging risks.

Beyond the Boardroom

When I’m not working, you’ll find me pushing my own limits just for the fun of it. I’ve been a competitive athlete for more than 30+ years, starting with Division 1 Cross Country, Track & Field at Rutgers, and then Lightweight Crew and Rugby at Stanford.

After school, my passion for performance sports evolved into marathons, triathlons, CrossFit and even Ironman. I don’t just train, I immerse myself in the discipline, strategy, and resilience that fuel peak performance. In my downtime, I also love to balance that intensity with yoga, golf, and hiking.

I’ve always believed in the power of discipline and perseverance—not just in the gym, but in everything I do. That mindset carries over into my professional life, where I focus on continuous improvement and a relentless drive to solve problems.

I grew up in New Jersey, and I now live in southern California with my husband who is also in the risk and insurance industry. I love the palm trees, and I don’t miss the winters!
